Zombie Unicorn Review

Hi lovelies! I was reading up on some posts by my favourite blogs and notices a lot of them (and I do mean A LOT) talk about a shop on storenvy and etsy called Zombie Unicorn. Once I started looking around I fell in love with all the things in it and made this big ass order (oops)

Shipping

Shipping was $9 USD for me, it would depend on how much you are buying. It was sent out just a few days after my order was made, which was pretty impressive! It arrived at my door two weeks after the dispatch day, which is the normal timeframe. 

Packaging

Everything was individually packaged and wrapped in bubble wrap which was really great! Plus on top of that the bag that the items were delivered in had bubble wrap on the inside too (if you get my jist) The items were also wrapped up in nice silver wrapping. The only problem I had with the packaging was that one of my items came broken (but it could be easily fixed with super glue!) and some of the earring posts were really bent (can be fixed too), not that big of a problem but it would cause some inconvenience, such as having to super glue the ring back together.

I bought a total of 6 items, all of them are handmade and very well made! Everything was so pretty and cute, plus they go with heaps of clothing items so I know I will get good use out of them. The shell and brains earrings as well as the 'pucker up' ring (pictures below) have so much detail to them which is always super awesome!

Overall, i'm incredibly happy with my items, plus the detail of some of them THE DETAIL. The detail is amazing, I think i'm happiest about that. The packaging was also really nice and obviously wrapped with care and thoughtfulness (although something broke but that's probably the postage companies problem) I am in love with my new accessories and I will probably be purchasing from them again

Beginning Boutique Review

Hey hey lovelies! I was thinking of ways to kick start my new blog and then a really nice package arrived for me in the mail and I was like "ooh, why not a review!" To be honest it's 11pm right now (in Australia) and I am butt tired but I am also determined.

♥About the shop♥

So, the shop that I purchased from is an Australia based online shopping website called Beginning Boutique. They sell lots of cool and comfy clothes and they also stock a lot of designer brands! Some examples are: Dime Piece, Evil Twins, Finders Keepers as well as Kate Spade. They also offer free express shipping to all orders within Australia! (Which is a huge plus)

The shipping was amazingly quick, I ordered my item on Wednesday late at night and it shipped in the afternoon the next day and arrived the day after during the morning! So overall despatch took less than a day and the delivery took less than a day as well. So I am super duper impressed.

So I have wanted a crochet top for quite some time, when I first saw crochet tops I was like "what why is that a thing" but then when I saw it more and more on different people and seeing how great they looked in them, I started wanting one myself, so finally I bought one! The crochet top I bought is called the "Andi Bagus Tassel Crochet Top"

The top is actually really good quality and it comes in a one size fits all option. At first I was really skeptical since one size fits all doesn't really fit all and I always tend to quietly waddle away from clothing items labelled one size fits all, but I couldn't resist this one (it was too cute OKAY) and thankfully it fit really well and it's also super comfortable.

The top was  packaged in this super adorbs holographic bag when it arrived at my door with the Beginning Boutique logo on it. When I opened the bag there was another bag with the top and other pieces of paper/business cards and what not. Another thing that I really liked about the packaging is that they also wrote a "Thank you Winnie!" on one of the cards and I find that really awesome when I purchase things from online retailers, especially ones that get lots of customers daily. It makes me feel like I am very loved hehe.

Overall, I do not regret this purchase at all! I will definitely be buying more things from Beginning Boutique in the near future (mainly because free shipping, I mean come on guys) They also have really nice sales where you can grab nice deals so that's another plus. I really love this shop and their customer service!
